Take Me To Post Comment Form I guess it was just a coincident. After reading the lead story about Windstream Internet being given a $13 million Federal grant I opened my Windstream internet bill.

Right there, hidden in the middle of the third page was an unexpected one line sentence: Your monthly internet bill has been increased by $5.00.

That amounts to about a 15% increase. This is absurd and a slap in the face to the customers who have no other choice
but to pay it. I have to have it, but....

I will soon cancel my cable service with them. Their $5.00 a month increase will actually save me $45.00 a month. Too much free stuff on air TV and the internet to pay for cable.
